Thanks to silicates, the skin is velvety and mattified.

The Gentle Toner, protective and alcohol free, has been especially formulated for dry to very dry sensitive skin.

Directions:

Apply morning and/or evening with a cotton pad to face after removing make-up with the gentle milk cleanser. No rinsing required. Silicat’s are particles that settle at the bottom of the bottle; the toner is thus two-phase so the bottle must be shaken before each use.
