How To Use
Two heating options.
STEP 1 – Microwave heating:1. Place unopened packet in microwave. 2. Heat for 15 seconds. 3. Remove. Caution: Packet and contents may be hot. 4. Oil should be completely melted and warm to touch of unopened packet (not hot! If hot, allow to cool.). (If not melted, re-heat for 5-10 seconds.)OR Warm water heating:1. Submerge packet in a large plastic bowl of hot tap water. 2. Let packet sit for 60 seconds until oil is completely melted and warm to touch of unopened packet. 3. Follow step 3 directions above carefully to avoid overheating and burn injury. If reheating is necessary re-submerge packet into rewarmed tap water for additional 30-60 seconds.
STEP 2 – Application to hair & scalp:Cautionproduct may be hot. 1. Carefully cut along dotted line to open. 2. Apply warm oil (NOT HOT!) to hair & scalp and massage. 3. Cover hair with plastic cap and apply moderate heat for 15 minutes, or leave on hair for 20-30 minutes without heat. 4. Shampoo, repeating as necessary, and rinse thoroughly. 5. Towel dry and style as desired.
