Apply a pea-sized amount to a clean finger-tip and rub gently into each sensitive tooth (max. twice per day) for 1 minute.

Directions:

Do not swallow. Always follow the label. Brush twice a day and not more than three times.

For fast relief, brush each sensitive tooth first or squeeze a pea-sized amount onto a clean fingertip and gently rub onto each sensitive tooth (max twice per day) for 1 minute. Minimise swallowing and spit out.
